PRETENDING TO BE PRESIDENT: Ben Ephson's endorsement

Dear valued reader, It was a pleasure having Mr. Ato Kwamina Dadzie write, for a long time, a very popular column, LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT – J.A. FUKUOR in the Daily Dispatch newspaper.

It was read by highly-placed persons including Ministers of State and persons at the Presidency.

I had requests from persons he had taken to task to reveal his identity but I refused.

His identity is now known. I am sure you will enjoy reading this collection.

*Ben Ephson is the Managing Editor of the ‘The Daily Dispatch’, which originally published the pieces in ‘Pretending to be President’

Ato do you have all the articles you wrote under the name J.A. FUKUOR? in the book if not hay do a small booklet.

God Bless
  Ato's Response
Yeah, I do. But they are not all in the book. There are hundreds of them and they couldn't have been published in one volume.

Ato the fact that you're getting all these commendations should not let your head grow big[ger] like this man's head in the picture, don't forget praises dont last long. Go and ask Kufour and Rawlings. They were once praises but now being vilified. God bless Ghana
  Ato's Response
  Thanks for your wise counsel.

After this, what next? I guess you have lots more up your sleeve. You should not whet out appetite and leave us upstream. We (I) will be waiting for sequels.

Good work and keep it up. We salute and celebrate role-models, irrespective of how big or small they nay seem.

No, this is not the 'Odikro' I spoke about. There is another Odikro in the Ghana Palaver. He was the one I was talking about.

It will be on sale at the Silverbird Bookstore, EPP Books and, possibly, in Shell Shops. Negotiations are ongoing and I'd let you know the full list of outlets. But you can pick your first copies from the Silverbird Bookstore on Friday.

Ato, I loved reading the articles and read them on Ghanaweb. I look forward to the book as I am sure I have missed lots. What about the current adminstration? I take it there are no interest personalities to offer the humour.
  Ato's Response
If you read the original articles, the book will offer you some nostalgic moments. Thanks.

Uncle Bennie, you are really a man of honour protecting the image of your boy Ato. He is now old enough to take care of himself. Welld one Ato, keep the fire burning by telling them the truth about what to be done to make Ghana a better place.
